This is the oldest Ouija Board box I have. It goes to the 1920s version of William Fuld's talking board. The box is about 15"x22" which makes it well above average. You can tell it is pretty ancient by the clothes of the lame 1920s family in the front of the box there. Is the Ouija board evil? Of course not, look at this happy family playing the Ouija together...probably after a morning at church too. Don't ask me what that mystery stain on the box is. It was there when I got it.
This box goes to a 1920 William Fuld planchette only. Yup....the planchettes could be purchased separately back then. To be perfectly honest, these planchette boxes are pretty rare. Who would save the box to something like that? Notice the name "Egyptian Luck Board" (Kennard influence.) Apparently someone did since I have one of them. Notice how it clearly states, "Pronounced WE-JA" (not Wee-Gee)

This is the box to a trademarked Ouija rival...the Cryptique board. I really like the box design. I like it just as much as the board, in fact. Their box changed somewhat recently, the back is redesigned and the words "A SPIRTI BOARD FROM SALEM, MASSACHUSETTS" now appear under the word Cryptique. It's good to see that some people other than me can see that channeling boards have a darker side to them.
This box is for the 1972 Ouija. It has kind of a hippie look by the woman's rings & bracelet along with oriental letters. Other than that, it's similar to the 1992 version made 20 years later shown above.
