This board is a 1972 edition Parker Brothers Ouija. It is almost identical to the 1992 version...notice I said almost. First of all, the 1972's wood grain is darker and the box has more of a hippie look to it...pretty typical of the 70s I guess. It came with the basic junky plastic Parker Brothers planchette. Some of the 1972 versions are made of masonite but I accidently bought a cardboard one. Oh well...
This is a pre-Parker Brothers board, probably from the 1950s or early 60s. It's another board made of pressed paper: cheaper than wood but better than cardboard. They're pretty thick too. It has the background made up of wooden tiles as opposed to a simple woodgrain.

This board is somewhat similar to the one above. There are a few small differences though. The board is much thinner than the one above and seems to be made of a tempered hardboard material. The background of the board is made up of fake wooden squares instead of the usual wood grain look. This board has the patent numbers on the planchette and board. This Fuld Ouija was made close to the time period as the one above. (1950's) This was the very first Ouija Board in my collection.
