Shipping to anywhere in the USA is only $15. If you live outside the USA, shipping is $25 to Canada and $40 everywhere else. 
For international orders, I only accept PayPal and well conceiled cash in US dollars for payment.
If you live outside the USA and canada, don't forget to state your country in the box at the bottom.

If you forget to leave your email address, there will be no way for me to contact you. I can't stress that enough because I keep getting orders where people don't tell me their email address, and I can't even contact them. You can also leave additional comments and questions in this space as well.
